FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions)

Is Heat Vision Scan a repair company?

No We are a Third-Party Diagnostic & Audit firm. Our independence is our strength. Because we don't do the repairs, our reports are unbiased and purely scientific. We tell you exactly what needs fixing so you don't get overcharged by contractors.

Does your equipment emit any harmful radiation?

Not at all. Thermal imaging is a passive technology. Our scanners do not "shoot" anything at your walls or transformers; they simply "see" the infrared heat energy naturally emitted by all objects. It is 100% safe for humans, pets, and sensitive electronics. For Industrial & DISCOM Clients

Can you perform scans while the grid is live?

Yes. In fact, thermal scans must be performed while the system is under load (live). This allows us to see the "working heat" of the assets. There is no downtime required for our inspection.

How does your report help with Insurance claims?

Most industrial insurance policies require "due diligence." By providing an NABL-traceable Heat Vision Scan report, you prove to the insurance company that you are proactively managing risks. This can help in faster claim processing or even lower your annual premiums. For Residential & RWA Clients

We have a neighbor dispute regarding seepage. Can your report be used as evidence?

Yes. Our reports are scientific and objective. Because we use calibrated equipment and NETA protocols, our findings are often used by RWAs to settle disputes between residents by identifying the true source of a leak without bias.Technical & Compliance

Why is NABL calibration important?

If a scanner says a component is 50°C but it’s actually 70°C, the report is dangerous. NABL calibration ensures that our equipment’s "eyes" are accurate within a strict global tolerance. Without it, a thermal report is just a "pretty picture" with no legal or technical value.
