Residential Substation & HT/LT Infrastructure
The substation within a residential complex operates 24/7 under massive load. Our audit provides a deep-dive into its critical components:
- Transformer Health Mapping: We scan transformer bushings, fins, and cable boxes. By identifying "Hot-Spots" in the radiator or oil-filled compartments, we prevent catastrophic explosions and costly oil leaks.
- HT (High Tension) Switchgear: We inspect the Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) and RMUs (Ring Main Units). Thermal anomalies here can cause a total tower blackout or a massive flash-over.
- Main LT (Low Tension) Panels: These panels distribute power to every tower. We use Fluke® Thermal Imaging to detect loose busbar joints and overheating breakers that are the leading cause of substation fires.
- Earth-Grid Integrity: We verify the thermal state of grounding connections. A failed earth-pit in the substation can lead to fatal electric shocks in residential bathrooms and common areas.
